Hi, I'm Gayle,

and I am an ICF Certified Executive & Leadership Coach, a Firework licensed Career Coach, and a DISC Certified Trainer with a background in Banking. I hold an MBA from Ecole Superieure des Sciences Economiques et Commerciales - ESSEC, Paris.

After ten years in the banking sector, I experienced myself a turning point, which made me realize I was not fulfilled in my work/ life. When I woke up one day with growing anxiety at the thought of going to work, I decided to take the jump and shift my life entirely! I kept at it until, I finally found my true vocation: becoming a career coach! I wanted to help other professionals, who were also at a crossroad in their career, find meaning in their work.

My mission today, is to offer people like you and me, what I wish someone would have offered me all those years ago: I want to help you connect with your better-self, reach your full potential, and achieve meaningful career goals faster, while having a balanced, happy, and productive life.

I am also the mother of two wonderful boys who helped put everything in perspective, and gave me the push I needed to go after what I truly wanted, and design the life of my dreams.
